• March 15, 2027 — S corporation (Form 1120S) and partnership returns due
• April 15, 2027 — Individual (Form 1040) and C corporation returns due, first-quarter 2027 estimates due
• June 15, 2027 — Second-quarter 2027 estimated taxes due
• September 15, 2027 — Third-quarter 2027 estimated taxes due
• October 15, 2027 — Individual extension deadline
